| secret behind soya milk drink |

FYI only.
All of us know that soyabean drink provides good protein to our body...but many of us doesn't know that there are certain days that we should avoid the drink.
Soya bean drinks are best consumed on hot sunny days where the sun is burning and glaring. The soya milk will gives lots of nutrients to the body, as the body is able to absorb the protein well.
However, avoid the drink when the weather is cloudy or raining. Taking the drink in these weathers, the body will not be able to take in the protein thus will result in a disease called "GOUT" or "high acidic urine" due to the high protein residue in the body, after a long run.
This disease will cause pain to your knee joints and it will only be under control when you control your intake of proteins and medications. The pain is unbearable and usually you will have no idea what you have taken to cause the pain.
Food like soyabeans, ikan billis, broccoli, spinach, peanuts, animal organs (i.e. pork liver) etc will have to be avoided to prevent the pain from attacking.
So my friends, pass this to your family, relatives and friends to keep an alert of the pros and cons of soyabean milk and when it is to be taken and avoid.

besides looking forward to my hong kong trip in nov 2004, cheap airfares to bangkok is trying to seduce me there.
malaysian budget carrier, airasia is offering only S$19.90 one-way trip from singapore to bangkok. that is about S$66 inclusive of taxes and all other surcharge for a return trip. it's very cheap considering valuair and tiger airways offering 100 over dollars exluding taxes.
it's such a good deal. i've checked january 2005's public holiday. 21/01/2005 is a friday, and public holiday - hari raya haji. which means, long weekend again... friday, saturday and sunday. take a couple of days off - super long holiday. which is cool.
not sure if i wanna go back bangkok again or save the money and try somewhere i've never been to, like taiwan and korea, or maybe somewhere further (after saving money of cos').
or maybe make a quick trip to malaysia with my mama and papa. i think my mama got "itchy" hands already. she wanna go genting casino and have a game or two. by then, i'm 21 (YEAH!) and i'll be able to get into the casino. so should be cool! good idea!
going to buy cranberry juice to drink. or should i get raspberry? *grin*

that nurse sang this on singapore idol and i thot he kinda copied what that guy, australian idol's performance on world idol. not exactly original and nice.
happy birthday to my fab mazi.
had dinner at tian tian, near my place. not that fantasic seriously and not much conversation was made. or maybe j was talking all along. find it pretty strange and i was quite amaze that most of us feel strange to have j around. like the car has less space, we eat dinner faster and i don't plan ahead where we wanna go as quickly and also we didn't laugh as much. to my surprise, we chatted more and laugh and stuff about our future lives, living together and all the interesting stuff that gonna happen, after j went off. oh well. din bother.
we were at m. sultan. we walked over to coccolatte which is located at the gallery hotel. it's such a small place. i thot i was big (from pictures, juice magazine). it was bad today. as there's no seat for us. the people there aren't even classy, yet they act as if they are all have class and an attitude to show. they all look plastic just like the cheapo table they're using. but the decor is pretty nice, with pole for people to dance (you know what kinda dance). nobody dance anyway, the place has great music, but no energy. sigh. paid 10bucks in and drank only a sip of bourbon coke. it's bad. but saw a pretty girl there anyway. heard from mazi it's better when there's less people (meaning, less plastic) = more fun!
ktv session. gugu so tired yay. don't know what happened. maybe we came out too early?! mmm...
think tomorrow will be a day for me to rest and watch tv and slack and stuff. you know. sunday. rest day. slack day. bad hair day. whatever day. sunday.

friday started well, early morning do the typical stuff that have to be done. type in my never ending data entry.
anyway, i've been looking forward to after work. met a few classmates for ktv session and after that went to dubliner, irish pub to have a drink. at the same time, go look for esther as she officially attached there when she left lufthansa german airlines. she feels happier there, so why not?! and she earn more. so much more. heard from lynn is S$10 an hour.
anyways, the drinking, chatting session includes the life in school, how others are doing, bitching, and etc etc...
drank baileys and fuzzy navel. and esther gave us a treat, a shot of something something that lynn describle it tasting like "kok yo" - some chinese medicine for bruise or something. in chinese, "kao yao"
anyways, later going to celebrate mazi's birthday. not sure going where for dinner. but heard j will be there. but i like don't know j already. should be quite weird. don't know. shall see.
